1. Full Refund for Early Cancellations: Participants may cancel up to 7 days before the workshop for a full refund. Please reach out to us via email or phone to initiate the cancellation.
2. 50% Refund for Mid-Term Cancellation: If cancellation occurs between 3-7 days prior to the workshop, participants will receive a 50% refund. Alternatively, they may choose to reschedule for another date at no extra cost.
3. No Refund for Last-Minute Cancellations: Unfortunately, cancellations within 72 hours of the workshop are non-refundable, as we’ve already prepared materials specifically for each attendee. However, rescheduling may be available upon request, subject to availability.
4. No-Show Policy: If a participant does not show up for the workshop without prior notice, the booking will be considered canceled, and no refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
5. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If participants need to change their reservation, they can do so at least 7 days in advance without any additional fee.
